Wizzo Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Wizzo, including our AI mentor, quest tools, voice features, integrations, notifications, public API, and community features.
Use Wizzo responsibly
Keep your account secure and do not misuse AI tools or integrations.
AI is assistive
Wizzo helps you plan and execute, but you remain responsible for decisions.
Public Beta limits
Features may change while Wizzo is in beta and release hardening.

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Wizzo Labs, Inc. By creating an account, signing in, accessing Wizzo, or using any Wizzo feature, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Wizzo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Wizzo.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- Notify us promptly at support@gowizzo.io if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. The Wizzo service
Wizzo is an AI mentor and productivity platform for turning goals into quests, tracking progress, using explicit tools, connecting supported work apps, and keeping momentum through reminders, voice, and community features.
Wizzo is currently in Public Beta. We may add, change, limit, or remove beta features as we improve reliability, safety, pricing, and product fit.
4. AI features and output
Wizzo uses AI to provide coaching, planning, summaries, research help, voice interactions, and tool-assisted workflows. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should review output before relying on it.
- Wizzo does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or emergency advice.
- Do not use Wizzo as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions.
- Some tools require explicit user action or confirmation before execution.
- We may apply rate limits, safety checks, feature flags, or plan gates to AI features.
5. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the goals, quests, messages, files, images, notes, profile data, and other content you submit to Wizzo. You grant Wizzo a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit it. Account data export and deletion controls are available from Settings -> Security & Privacy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Wizzo to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit others.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass rate limits or access controls.
- Generate or distribute deceptive, infringing, harmful, or illegal content.
- Use integrations, APIs, or AI tools in a way that violates provider rules or user consent.
7. Integrations and third-party services
Wizzo may connect to third-party services such as Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, GitHub, payment providers, model providers, and notification systems. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You control which supported integrations you connect. You are responsible for ensuring that connected accounts and shared data are authorized for use with Wizzo.
8. Plans, billing, and trials
Some Wizzo features may require a paid plan, usage limits, or feature entitlement. Paid plan terms, prices, renewal periods, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout or in billing settings when available.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments are non-refundable after the applicable billing period begins. You can cancel future renewals through billing settings or by contacting support.
9. Ownership and feedback
Wizzo, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and service infrastructure, is owned by Wizzo Labs, Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Wizzo intellectual property to you.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
10. Service changes and availability
We work to keep Wizzo reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, limited, or unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, experiments, security incidents, or factors outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta and Labs features, at any time.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Wizzo at any time and can delete your account from Settings -> Security & Privacy. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Wizzo or other users, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
12. Disclaimers
Wizzo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that Wizzo, AI output, integrations, notifications, or recommendations will meet your expectations or produce specific outcomes.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizzo Labs, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Wizzo in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact support@gowizzo.io so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, email, or this page. Your continued use of Wizzo after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
