Wizzo v0.54.0

Released . This record preserves both shipped work and published limitations.

Highlights

What this release added

  • Introduces Living Observatory as Wizzo's redesigned authenticated experience: a clearer Home with one authoritative Next Move, Focus for execution, Campaigns for long-term context, Mentor as the integrated AI workspace, Vault for memory/sources/privacy, and shorter first-run onboarding.
  • Keeps the existing recommendation generator, candidate ordering, production selector, rendered-to-shown identity, lifecycle outcomes, and observational shadow policy authoritative beneath the new presentation.
  • Delivers intentional desktop, tablet, 390 px, and 360 px layouts with keyboard navigation, visible focus, high-contrast support, reduced motion, safe-area handling, and lossless legacy fallback.
  • Uses one owner-led staged public-release gate: exact SHA and deployment, globally-off RC, privacy, accessibility, performance, rollback, owner usability acceptance, and explicit activation/tag approval.

Fixes

What this release corrected

  • Refreshes security-constrained runtime and release-tool dependencies to patched compatible releases, including Sentry build tooling, PostCSS, ExcelJS, Storybook/Vite, Vitest, ESLint, and Lighthouse CI transitive packages, without changing application behavior.
  • Consolidates the release-candidate corrections for visible recommendation rationale, Campaign switching, Mentor history and stable Send behavior, move title/duration/due-date editing, exact management targeting, lower-density Vault disclosure, Focus assistance, onboarding focus, and accessibility-preference hydration.
  • Upgrades the supported runtime to Node.js 24 and preserves Redis-disabled safe behavior.
  • Includes the ML daily-export v2 reliability repair with owner-scoped idempotency, truthful zero-owner and failure responses, scheduler validation, and forward migrations `0057` and `0058`.
  • Preserves canonical authenticated, acquisition, release, and SEO routing without adding a public query-string feature override.

Known issues

What remained constrained

  • Living Observatory remains controlled by the global feature flag, with legacy Wizzo retained as the lossless first rollback path.
  • Redis remains disabled under the bounded degraded-mode decision through `2026-08-24`; cache, anomaly, and telemetry acceleration remain reduced while core product paths degrade safely.
  • The three selected-user candidate windows are `INCONCLUSIVE_CLOSED`; their usability floors were not met and they support no retention, market-fit, statistical-validation, or model-training claim.
  • The decision policy remains observational shadow, the production selector remains authoritative, and no trained decision policy or causal-improvement claim exists.
  • v0.55 Recommendation Director and v0.60 personalized-policy/work-context expansion remain deferred until post-launch stabilization and their independent evidence gates.
