- Added a Sprint 24 completion report detailing soak outcomes, telemetry validation, and Labs readiness so Milestone 5 can close cleanly.
- Rolled remaining Sprint 24 follow-ups into the shared backlog to keep legacy SMS automation, soak scheduling, and Labs monitoring visible for planning.
- Sunset the Sprint 24 planning console now that the sprint is complete, avoiding stale checklists in sprint history.
