- Hardened `/api/ops/performance-alert` validation so malformed payloads return typed 400 responses and Ops dispatch failures surface as 503 JSON responses.
- Improved chat suggestion intent detection to capture polite phrasing ("add all suggestions to the Trials board") without misfiring on quest creation, and preserved board qualifiers for audit logging.
- Silenced lint noise from generated `.next` artifacts and exported the app Tailwind config via a named constant to satisfy the release lint gate.
